Another India : uncovers extraordinary artefacts and histories contained within the collections from the Indian subcontinent held at the Museum of Archaelogy and Anthropology, University of Cambridge.

Focusing on the creativity and experiences of the people from indigenous, adivasis or ‘tribal’ communities in India that made these artefacts, and on the experiences and motivations of the collectors who brought them to the Museum, this book presents a disctinctive version of India and Britain’s relationship with the land and its people.
